I had a very positive interview experience with the team at MAC Cosmetics. The conversation was professional yet welcoming, and the managers showed genuine interest in leadership style, retail strategy, and customer experience. Overall, it felt like a dynamic environment focused on creativity and strong teamwork.

One of the main questions was about how I would lead and motivate a retail team while maintaining the high customer service standards and brand experience that MAC Cosmetics is known for.
I had a really good experience and it wasn't hard but you need to be prepared and its good if you do some reserh on the company. The interview took 1 hour
