Conversational, experience/behavior based. Informal and very comfortable. A panel of three senior leaders asked questions in turn. Rather than being focused on technical knowledge, they were more interested in behaviors, flexibility, and creative approaches while listening to my answers. I think we have likely begun a relationship that will ultimately end in my joining their team for the remainder of my career.
