I went through three rounds of interviews with five people, including staff and mostly consultants. The position was to copy Indivisible and Mom's Demand Action organizing model. After multiple rounds and many hours intervieing, no one would get back to me about their final decision. I emailed or called every person I interviewed with individually after a week and two weeks after the final interview, and no one returned my calls. I had been an active volunteer of the organization before this process, but after seeing the lack of professionalism and respect, I've reinvested my energy in other organizations
