Had a phone interview first, then 3 days later got called for in person interview on lab. Interview consisted of 3 people, very friendly and welcoming. Hiring process consist of two background checks and urine drug test. Orientation is in groups and on Mondays.

Received email to schedule phone interview with HR, after about 3 weeks in person interview with department was scheduled on lab. After that I came back for 2 more interviews with the department. You definitely need to be patient, the process can seem like it takes forever. Interview questions are not too difficult, most of them are behavioral, how you'd deal with people that have different personalities. The interviews are about an hour and half long and they are with a panel of about 3-4 people.
