I applied in Oct 2018 and met with an HR recruiter within two weeks. The phone call went well and I was set up to have another phone call with the hiring manager. After being brought in onsite to meet with four employees on varying levels, I thought the interviews were great and received positive feedback from my thank you notes. Two weeks went by and I emailed the HR recruiter and heard nothing back... Four weeks went by and I emailed the hiring manager and heard nothing back... Two months went by and I emailed an SVP that I interviewed with to get feedback on what I could improve upon and to see if he could endorse me for other opportunities within the company and once again I heard nothing back. I've dreamt of working at the NBA since I've been in high school. To finally get my foot in the door and basically have the door slammed in my face is heartbreaking. I'll never bother again.
