Interview
Scheduled and held introductory phone interview with a recruiter. Follow up interview was scheduled with VP of Intelligence and manager of the program. Had Facetime interview with the VP and manager regarding the nature of the work and my relevant skills. After a week, an offer was extended.

My interview went the same as many others. After applying, a recruiter calls. Then they ghost you. You can call them back or email but they don’t reply. You’re stuck in a limbo of no feedback. After a few weeks you have to assume you’re not getting the job and move on with life.
