      Summer Intern Interview

      Mar 10, 2014
      Anonymous employee
      Beijing, Beijing
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NBA (Beijing, Beijing) in Apr 2013

      Interview

I got three interviews from April to June in 2013. My first two interviews are phone interviews because I was in the U.S, but the position was in China. The questions are really easy to answer. Interviewer asked me about my education background, work experiences, and the location preferences. The open questions are also really easy. The open questions are exactly the same in the two rounds. They asked my about the experiences of handling a tough coworker. My last round was impressive. They asked me about how to balance two different kinds of employees.

      Question 1

The most difficult question is that interviewer asked me how to balance two different employees. One of the employee likes NBA games very much, but he knew nothing about marketing. The other has full of marketing skills but doesn't like NBA games.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at NBA (New York, NY)

      Interview

The experience was overall very smooth. I applied early October. Got invited to do a digital interview at the end of November with standard questions. Then I got an invitation for a panel interview with the team they selected me for in the beginning of January. The actual interview with the team took place at the end of January where they asked more direct questions about me, my resume, and how I could add value to the team. A week later I received an offer.
