      HR Generalist Interview

      Nov 18, 2020
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      New York, NY
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at NBA (New York, NY) in Aug 2020

      Interview

I was a referral and interviewed with the senior recruiter as well as the manager of the role and the entire team. Overall I interviewed with 6 people. After I interviewed with the last person, I never received feedback on the role. I reached out to the senior recruiter more than once and never received a response which I thought was completely unprofessional. If the team had decided to hire a different candidate, it would have been professional to at least tell me another candidate was chosen instead of completely ignoring my request for an update.
