Had a call with the recruiter who told me I was going to speak to the hiring manager and the call was a courtesy so naturally, I was optimistic. I spoke to the hiring manager and moved onto the next round where I spoke to two different potential colleagues (one of whom had "zoom" issues and missed our interview so we had to reschedule). After speaking with 3 people, you would think the recruiters would tell me if I moved onto the next round or got an offer but nope. Radio silence. Note to recruiters: it's not cool to ghost candidares, especially after numerous rounds. I suggest being transparent, and sending emails on the process, even if it may be a rejection. It makes candidates (like myself) hold out for hope...
