NBCUniversal Ad Sales interview questions

The first interview is online. It's not a Skype interview but you record video responses to the prompts. If you make it pass that round, you get called in for an in-person interview with a recruiter.

First I was asked to answer questions using a web came. You have 2 minutes to answer about 3 questions. The questions are usually why you want to work in Ad Sales, why NBC, and a behavioral questions. Then, in like a month or so, if the college recruiters like you, then you are asked to come to a hiring event, where you speak to HR about which departments within Ad Sales you would like to work for. It was a very casual and non-nerve racking process.
