Two rounds. Not technical. All personality and fit driven. Very focused on pedigree. Met with 5-10 people total, both business and legal. Process ran pretty quickly. I received an offer within 3 weeks of the first conversation.

HR call with basic screening questions. Face to face with hiring manager. Questions testing technical and soft skills. Personality and being the right fit was clearly important. Although not successful, the people were great and made great effort to put me at ease .
