Applied in November, requested video interviews the December which consists of multiple questions, attending assessment centre in February which included group activity, 5 X 10min face to face interviews with different hiring managers for the different marketing roles available. Super streamlined process: Two interviews, with the second round being an informal presentation. The team I was interviewing for was incredibly transparent about their role, and allowed ample opportunities for questions. The HR team was also very helpful in setting up the interview, and helping me navigate technology LOL.
