There's an interview with the recruiter and a lengthy news test before you get to speak with someone who works on the show. They give you 24hrs to take the test which is standard but can be difficult and annoying if working a full-time news job. The recruiters are hit or miss, some are unprofessional and never got back after going through rounds of interviews and telling me I am still in the running. It's been almost 2 months past when I was told they MUST have the position filled...

Interview
It as very long and a lot of work. You need to keep up on recruiters as the Interview will have many rounds and you will meet with a lot of different people if you get to the HR round you will likely get the job
Everything went smoothly and was well communicated. I was happy with the process of on boarding as well everything went pretty smoothly and HR was incredibly communicative. I will say some of the interviews were a little last minute but they did called to make sure that I felt like I had the information I needed going into them.
