The talent manager I worked with was Lilly Zhang, after spending time to create a demo and provide work samples, it is disrespectful for a company to cease all communication when they told you a decision would be made in three weeks. It's been over a month since I was told by the hiring Manager I would be notified of their decision and despite multiple follow-up emails they have yet to respond to my emails.
