Initial call came in pretty quickly from HR/Recruiter. They scheduled a 2nd call about a week later with the hiring manager and then 3 days later with the hiring managers boss. I thought everything went well. When I got the email saying they had gone with other candidates they referenced something I said in the first interview which made it seem like the decision was made there so I'm not sure what the point of the second interview was. The HR team I worked with was great and communicated very well.
