Fairly easy. Applied online, then did a digital interview, then was called into the office for an in-person interview. The in-person interview was only 20 minutes where I walked the recruiter through my resume and talked about what I like to do for hobbies.

First step was a Hirevue explaining "Why NBCU" among other standard questions, then two rounds with a manager and director on the team chatting about career goals and behavioral questions

Interview
Applied online and recieved a Hirevue. Then got contacted by HR for an online interview with 3 executives. Super friendly people and the interview was more like a conversation. Received an offer two weeks later.
Zoom, no technical interview, singular behavioral. Met with a sales manager and discussed past internship experience. He reached out via email himself, and they were nice and helpful throughout the entire process.
