A very long interview process, just getting to the panel is an accomplishment. There were multiple rounds of video interviews before the in-person panel (Mine was pre-covid, not sure how they're doing it now). The panel had a few sections: short questions in front of the group, giving a short pre-prepared speech (They give you the question in advance) in front of the group, a private interview, and lastly a group activity- we split into teams and put together a small presentation
