I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at NBCUniversal
Interview
Emails, calls and then in person. Through word-of-mouth I found out about the opening, applied, spoke to HR and interviewed in person. Once my boss spoke to my temporary boss, the deal was sealed and I was offered the job.

Question 1
To continue even though there was a candidate in mind.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at NBCUniversal (New York, NY) in Mar 2026
Interview
Made it to the final round consisting of 2 30minute in person interviews (1 10minute phone call, 2 zoom 30 min interviews). Waited over 2 months to hear back if I got the job or not. Ended up getting denied. Asked for feedback. Waited another month. Got told "The team is simply looking for someone with more years of experience supporting executives."
Poor communication and transparency during the process. And a waste of time to deny me for something that can be seen on my resume.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NBCUniversal (Los Angeles, CA) in Apr 2024
Interview
Very easy interview process. The phone call was fairly straight forward and didn't ask me anything I wasn't prepared for. Lasted about thirty minutes and consisted of all basic questions about my work experience and interest level in the position.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NBCUniversal (New York, NY)
Interview
An long-haul interview process that takes about 2 months overall. I had one phone interview, 2 zoom interviews, and 1 in-person interview. Their HR team is very friendly and professional, but this definitely is not a quick process. Expect to speak to multiple team members and executives.
