Interview
Of the 20 questions provided that were potential conversation starters, one was asked. There was zero effort made to establish a human connection or ask anything about who I am as a person or what my career experience is - it was basically, “what can you do for us?” Hiring quality people means equal playing field and selling the position and company as much as asking the candidate to demonstrate why we’d mutually agree it’s a good fit. They had golf playing on a large flat screen in the background, and I guess couldn’t be bothered to move their laptop to frame them in the camera window. Yikes! You’re in control of streaming and user experience? Maybe do some A/B testing on your interview scenarios. Rude and condescending, expressed zero feedback for documentation and work effort put into the interview voluntarily, including follow up questions sent. Couldn’t answer basic questions about the role, platform or technical components. No thanks.

Great recruiter and feedback after rounds, Nice people! Longer process: one screen, three virtual, one in person. About a one week response time between interviews. Campus was beautiful. Dress code was more on casual side.
