3 Rounds of interviews that took more than a month. First with a recruiter that did not even turn her camera on. after a week, QA manager video call (technical but no live coding). Week later, panel call with 3 team members. None of them was an expert on interviews and asked many irrelevant questions. They even repeated some questions which was already asked by another panelist. No live coding.
