Interview
There were two stages, the first was a video interview where they gave you 4 or 5 questions with 30 seconds to prepare and around 1-2 minutes to film an answer. Second stage was an Assessment Centre, had a tour of the office and did 3 15-minute competency interviews. Everyone was really friendly and tried to make applicants feel at ease, very engaging and welcoming.
