      Fairfax, VA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NC4 (Fairfax, VA) in May 2019

      Interview

Don't waste your time here. After filling out the initial online application, they will contact you asking to create a custom cover letter for them, along with 7 or 8 riddles for you to solve using Google searches, with less than one week to complete. Afterwards they may or may not contact you within a few weeks with a 30 minute phone interview. Followed by an hour long in-person interview at their office all the way in Fairfax where they will avoid answering any questions regarding their measly pay or their non existent benefits. They will expect you to work rotating, midnight 12-hour shifts and weekends for slightly above minimum wage, while you smile and thank them for allowing them to take advantage of you. If you seem less than enthused about any of this, they will kindly walk you out of the office and wish you luck (they are very aware of their high turnover rate). If you choose to continue, you'll be asked to fill out an entirely brand new written application from scratch including recerences, along with another analytical writing assessment and proofreading assessment (about a 3 hour process). Then you'll be given your final offer a week or two later.
