Friendly, casual, and informative interviewers. There was a lot of focus on writing skills (you have to do multiple writing samples) and confirmation of the work hours. Overall a good experience.

Written test about scanners and geography. I also had to do a reading comprehension test. Then a 30- minute phone interview with a manager, in-person interview with another manager that lasted about an hour.
