I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at NCC Group (Leatherhead, England) in Oct 2016
Interview
Went to London for a couple of interviews and NCC was one of them. First interview was a face-to-face talk with the Director in order to let him understand what are my goals, my background, etc. The second one was an Web Application Penetration Test, one of their Lead consultants gave me one computer and ask me to demonstrate, step by step, what I usually do to perform an Web Application Pentest. For each vuln I found he asked me about the criticity, impact, how to solve, and demonstrate a way to explore.
Then it was an infrastructure pentesting. Main goal: reach domain admin. Almost the same questions: Impact, how to explore and "what do you know about <insert-topic-here>"
