Interview
Phone Interview for a good 30 minutes or so, then they paid to fly students out for an on-site interview. The one on-site had 3 interviews and each of which was about 30 minutes.

Behavioral questions:
How do you deal with other with different ideas?
How do you handle conflict?
Technical:
How do you teach others?
What are you learning in ___ class?
What was your hardest class?
Have you passed all your exams first time taking it?
etc.

Interview
Around 3 phone calls. They were very nice but the interview questions sort of caught me off guard, which I guess is the point of the interview. They asked me how many exams I had passed, and when I told the truth, it hurt me in the long run.
