Grueling. For a 32+hour per week position, I was put through a 15-minute phone screening, followed by a 45-minute one-on-one interview.
Next in the process was a 55-minute "panel" interview which involved responding to four persons reading off a form of questions. At one point, I glanced at one person and noticed he was doodling.
Once that concluded, I met with the director, who clearly seemed disinterested, for 40 minutes.
After one week of not hearing from the organization, I learned secondhand that the position was filled.
Some respect, especially after making the effort to send each person a "Thank You" card, including the receptionist.
An enormous waste of my time, and to not even have the professional courtesy from a business stand point to at least inform me is outrageous and inexcusable.
