It was a quick turnaround time for the interview process. I feel like they made an effort to not completely waste my time but that's the only positive thing I will say. After the third interview they said it was the last. Then I had a fourth interview and they said it was the last. Then I had a fifth interview that turned into the most unorganized mock sales call I've ever been thrown into. On top of that, they didn't even know what they wanted for a 'Creative Producer' and was asking ME how I would see the role and they crafted what I said throughout the interview process across their different team members I spoke with as if it was their own ideas. I felt like such a guinea pig. Yes, it looks like they produce decent looking work but I'm sure it's toxic in there. Another start up run by little boys. It's a shame that they are getting all this money but they don't know how to actually run a business. Though I said they didn't completely waste my time, I still had to ask what my status was after the 5th interview. They were fully planning on ghosting me.
