The interview process was a total of four interviews. The first was a 30 minute screening with the recruiter. From there, I was immediately scheduled for an hour long interview with the director. Our interview went very well. She was very honest and transparent about the position and the stresses that may come with it. Upon conclusion of our interview, she told me that I would be set up for an interview with the team that I’d be working with if I was the chosen candidate. The third interview always scheduled for the following week and I met with four of the team members. This interview went very well and what I enjoyed the most, is that it didn’t feel like I was under a bunch of pressure. Everyone was so friendly and there was no intimidation. I thought that would be the final interview because that’s what I was told. The recruiter kept consistent communication with me on the status of my candidacy. I was informed later that I’d have to do a fourth and final interview with the team again that would have more technical questions. I was a little discouraged because again, I thought the previous interview was the final one and we all hate the waiting game. When I found out it was with three of the same individuals from the previous interview I was so relieved. The interview went very well just as the previous one did and I loved how well the conversation just flowed. Everyone’s personalities were just awesome and we got along so well. I found out later that evening that I got the job!
