First was a phone interview with HR. Then a second phone interview with a team member. Then they asked me to put together a 20 minute PowerPoint presentation covering two scenarios, and come in to present it to the team. It took quite a bit of time and effort to prepare. I presented it in person to the two women who were there and I felt that I did a great job. They didn’t say much or ask much about me. And guess what...I never heard another word from them. I called and emailed and received NOTHING back. After the time and effort I spent interviewing, the least they could have done was send me a rejection email. In retrospect, I would not have worked for such an inconsiderate team, so it worked out in my favor. Very unprofessional company.
