Their interview process was an unorganized set of meetings and most had no agenda. Meetings kept getting added on to the process until finally they asked me to do a design challenge. I was interested in the company and thought I had a solid chance but in the end it felt like they just wanted to see if I could produce a viable idea for them for free in the interview process.

3 rounds of interviews...plus a design challenge...for a leadership position. That should tell you all you need to know.
I met a lot of the team and spent a lot of my time interviewing and creating a presentation for the design challenge. Then they ghosted me.
I'm fine not getting any job...but after 3 interviews and a design challenge, I'm super happy I didn't get this role because working for someone who thinks it is OK to ghost someone at that stage of the process would almost certainly have been a terrible experience.
