Very easy and informal. I arrived to the interview on time and the two people interviewing me arrived late because, they went to get Starbucks. I felt over dressed because, they were both casual. The saying "anything worth having is worth working for" couldn't be more true in this situation. The hiring process is so easy because of high turnover rates.
