I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NFC Amenity Management (Washington, DC) in Feb 2019
Interview
First we did introductions and ice breakers that showcased your ability to work with a team, your communication skills and personality. That took about 30 mins, then we left the room to fill out forms and were brought in one by one for personal interviews. I enjoyed it actually. The vibe in the room was nervous, yet chill, and the personal interviews were professional, but relaxed. There were two interviewers, but mainly one of them was the focus interviewer, the other just chimed in when they wanted more info. Make sure you do research about the company because it'll help you stand out. I applied on indeed, got an interview about 5 days later, then got an offer about a week later, and was scheduled to start 2 days after the onboarding.
