      Benefits Coordinator Interview

      Sep 28, 2018
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at NFP in Sep 2018

      Interview

Horrible operations with the interview process. They called to confirm if I wasn’t a robot after applying to their site to clarify that they get false applications and resumes all the time from sites such as this one, Glassdoor. I had three phone interviews and one “hiring” interview at the branch I would potentially be working for (so I thought). I keep following up and being told, “look forward to our call and we’re really interested in you” to later be told after the “hiring” interview,“you have great experience and we want to consider you for positions in the future if one opens up but we decided to go with another candidate”. I later found out that the person granted the position is a well known friend of management at the local office. Experience, I doubt it...

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Scan through your applications and resumes to determine the necessary experience before wasting individuals time with false hope interviews just so you can report EEO to state and federal regulators.
