Applied on the NHS website, was advised by email I had been shortlisted for interview. There were three people interviewing me which was pretty nerve wracking. Unfortunately I was not offered the position I was advised by email.

Very short. Mostly asked scenario based questions. I don't think this is the norm for NHS. I was told to expect to be asked about the trust values but I wasn't.
