I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at NIBCO
Interview
5 hours long met with full C-level team. Had the same interview five times essentially. Seems that executive either doesn't trust HR or Sales Director to analyze future employees. No need for CFO who has never had a single day of sales experience to interview someone applying for a role not in their business realm.
Interview process involved two remote interviews followed by an in-person interview with the direct report and his boss. Interviews felt relaxed and fairly informal. Primary complaint would be long turnaround between interviews and hearing anything further.
