I was contacted by a third party recruiter. She was easy to communicate with and scheduled me for a screening right away. After the initial screen, I met with the hiring manager via Zoom, then an interview with the hiring manager and a VP. I submitted a small work sample, but I was assigned a project — just asked to provide samples of something I had already finished. The final round was a chat with a large group of people over Zoom. I provided references and they reached out to them within a couple of days. Each round was slightly different, however overall, I felt like they were just conversations. It didn’t feel too formal or stuffy. They did ask some of the basic behavioral questions such as “tell me about a time when you…”, but for the most part, we just conversed easily about my experience and questions I had about the company/position. Each interview was about an hour long, but probably would have been a little shorter had I not asked so many questions. Overall a very positive experience. Much more laidback than at other tech companies where I’ve worked/interviewed.

Had a few interviews, met with several people, and I thought they went well Then I never heard anything back-- even after a follow up. Finally heard I didn't get the job, almost 3 months later. Unprofessional.
