The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NIIT Limited (New Delhi)
Interview
1 interview then a test. Then another interview then a logic and reasoning test. After all this, the HR told me that I had made it thru.
They also agreed to the quoted CTC, but with a considerable vatiable. When I tried to negotiate the variable they didn't entertain. HR kept telling different reasons every time I followed up. Did not give a chance of doing reasonable salary negotiation at all.
Why waste someone's time on lengthy tests when they didn't want to hire??

Usual interview questions about my career so far and what I have worked on so far, my current role etc. They talked more about 'how we are structured' and 'what we do'.
