Interview
First round was an interview wit HR. Very standard questions about yourself, strengths and weakness, what makes you Nike etc.
Second round was an assessment centre with case studies and interviews.
Assessment centre looked largely at how proactive you were not so much in presentation skills.
Following the assessment centre there was an interview with the potential line manager which lasted about 30mins.
Very informative and straightforward. Human resources was easy to work with, answered all my questions, and made the entire process clear and transparent from start to finish. Their professionalism made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless."
Submitted resume and cover letter then got a hireview, importance on why Nike and draw to company and oregon. Next round is virtual and then go for a live day.

I got a HireVue interview, but I waited for 2 months and was rejected. But I got the manager, and the hiring people saw my LinkedIn profile. I know that doesn't mean anything.
