Couple of phone interviews, panel phone interviews with behavioral model questioning. Panel is thrown together and usually have an idea of the candidate they are looking for ahead of time....You definitely have to know NIKE to get in the door. Having coaching or and emotional connection to the brand is key- they want people who are drunk in love with the brand
