Nike Factory Store does Group interviews that never feel like an interview at all. It feel like a social gathering and they make everyone very comfortable and it acts as a way to show who can work comfortably in a team environment

Where has there ever been a time that you have gone above and beyond for a customer?
It was a group interview and then it broke into one on one interviews. PowerPoints and quiz in group interview. There was questions about their missions and values and aims
Very easy interview process. Just an online interview and I was contacted by phone call a couple weeks later. They extended me an offer and asked me to come in for training.
