I applied online, and received a call from the hiring manager about a week or so later. She interviewed me a couple days later, and the interview went pretty well. It was laidback, comfortable, and she asked pretty "easy" questions to break the ice and to get to know us personally. I liked it a lot, I felt like although the questions she asked were fairly easy, they were pretty important to get to know what kind of people we were and what our work ethics were like and how we would work as a team.

She asked me if I had ever experienced a problem in a group project setting, such as in school or on a sports team.
Very easy interview process. Just an online interview and I was contacted by phone call a couple weeks later. They extended me an offer and asked me to come in for training.
