I applied for a marketing intern position at their Netherlands headquarters from my University career service. After the screening of the CV I received an email for a Digital Interview.
You login into the platform and basically the questions appear on the screen, while you see yourself on camera. Honestly It's was quite hard to me and I was feeling a bit uncomfortable.

Tell me a situation when you had to face multiple tasks at the same time and how you handle them.
It was easy and simple they didn’t ask too many questions but was more generic and typical for an interview. Wasn’t too difficult and was straight forward. Nothing out of the ordinary.
The recruiters were responsive and prompt throughout the communication. The conversations were authentic and transparent as well. Interviewers were friendly but professional. All things considered, it was a smooth process overall.
