phone interview first, then a group interview, then another group interview, then a background check then Rookie Camp which is basic training ... the group interviews consist of the interviewers asking you to put yourself in different scenarios and how you respond

It was a group interview and then it broke into one on one interviews. PowerPoints and quiz in group interview. There was questions about their missions and values and aims
Very easy interview process. Just an online interview and I was contacted by phone call a couple weeks later. They extended me an offer and asked me to come in for training.
