      Strategic Planning Interview

      Aug 15, 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Portland, OR
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at NIKE (Portland, OR) in Apr 2018

      Interview

Long process, inadequate communication. Then I got a lowball offer. Do your research. I increased 10% by having research and articulating why I deserved 21% more. ALWAYS ask for more, even if it’s only 1-2k, but with Nike it’s more likely going to be a lot more. They try to take advantage of people and get a “deal”. (Or maybe it’s just women?)

      Interview questions [2]

      Question 1

We’re always trying to innovate. How would you innovate bringing the product to our consumer?
      Answer question

      Question 2

Which Asian companies do you follow? Name some Asian companies you admire.
