I applied in-store and was called the same day, with a screening over the phone. I was scheduled for a group interview a week later. There were about 20 people in the group interview. They asked about 5 questions and whoever wants to answer can answer.
online, easy to answer, automated questions that revolved around customer services, things about being apart of a group or helping a challenging customer/teammate, just be prepared to answer about general interest in the company

La entrevista grupal constó de 6 personas. Comenzamos con una actividad de papiroflexia para evaluar el trabajo en equipo mientras nos presentábamos y compartíamos nuestras cualidades. Después respondimos preguntas sobre resolución de problemas en tienda con alto volumen de clientes y capacidad de organización.

It was very straight forward, the whole interview was recording your questions to answers and you had two tries for each question. All the questions were technical and didn't ask about past experiences.
