The process took about 6 weeks. Very slow in any standard. My resume was sent to the hiring manager by 'chance' and she contacted me via email to see if I am interested in the job. I applied for the job afterward. The recruiter sent a 'worksheet' of a situation which I was supposed to analyze and come up with a report to discuss at the interview. I don't this interviewees had analyzed the situation so it appeared that they were dump folded by the analysis. They all nodded in agreement but honestly, don't think they understood. Expected better from a company like Nike. They need to prepare interviewers better and train them better.
