Group interview, positive, effective, timely, and different.
Nike is very selective, they love community service work.
If you do not go into the store after applying online to introduce yourself to a manager, they will not hire you. They only hire if they meet you and from there they write your name down and pull your application. Too many people applying to go through all applications
online, easy to answer, automated questions that revolved around customer services, things about being apart of a group or helping a challenging customer/teammate, just be prepared to answer about general interest in the company

La entrevista grupal constó de 6 personas. Comenzamos con una actividad de papiroflexia para evaluar el trabajo en equipo mientras nos presentábamos y compartíamos nuestras cualidades. Después respondimos preguntas sobre resolución de problemas en tienda con alto volumen de clientes y capacidad de organización.

It was very straight forward, the whole interview was recording your questions to answers and you had two tries for each question. All the questions were technical and didn't ask about past experiences.
