I applied on a whim in November by walking in and then receiving a card with a link to apply online. After applying online I heard back about three days later and was given a short phone interview asking about my experience with running and whatnot. At the end of the phone call the manager invited me to a group interview that took place a few day later, she told me to wear professional attire and so I did. The interview was standard - three interviewees grouped with two assistant managers who asked a series of situational questions like "Tell me about a time you had to deal with bad leadership" or "Tell me about a time you had to deliver bad news". I was hired a few days later and offered $10 per hour.
