I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NIKE (Canberra) in Feb 2019
Interview
Started with writing a brief 300 word application about why you wanted to work with Nike and your passion for sports.
Second was a video interview where you were given unlimited time to record you response to written questions such as: provide and example of when you provide excellent customer service. Etc.
Finally was a group interview ran by a few managers, running through a series of activities, while being observed. The activities mainly seemed to be focused around how you worked in smalls teams. After the group interview each person was taken aside for a personal interview which consisted of behavioral questions like: tell me about a time you dealt with an angry customer and how you behaved.
Overall a very positive and fun atmosphere for the interview. Was well run and would have happily accepted the offer but received a better offer during the process.

It was very straight forward, the whole interview was recording your questions to answers and you had two tries for each question. All the questions were technical and didn't ask about past experiences.
