Interview
3 Phone interviews all were very behavioral based and quite relaxed. The first two are pretty much just to see if you are a normal human being and the last is legitimate.
I had 5 interviews over the course of 2 weeks. Almost all of the questions were behavioral tell me about a time when you did x or z. They were all related to nikes core principals. I heard back and was given an offer and negotiated salary and pay with HR.
